José Morais made history by winning the first "double" ever of Jeonbuk's history
José Morais won the South Korean FA Cup after beating Ulsan Hyundaifor 2-1 on the final of the FA Cup after winning the K-League last week
José Morais led Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors to the “Golden Double”.
Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors won the national championship title ahead of Ulsan Hyundai with 3 points and also won the South Korean Cup, beating the same Ulsan Hyundai in the final in a two-round confrontation (1-1, 2-1).
Previously, Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors had never won the South Korean Championship and the South Korean Cup in the same year in history.
Therefore, this achievement under Morais’s leadership is something special.
Recall that Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors also won the title of South Korean Champion last season.
